Coach Burt called from Olympus and asked if Jeff would be the baseball coach this season. Since Jeff had coached at Olympus the three years prior to starting law school, they knew he would be a great candidate. Jeff decided that with being in school, varsity would be too much of a time commitment, but he agreed to coach the Sophomore team.

Watching Jeff coach makes me think about when we first met. Jeff was coaching at Olympus when Spencer was in high school. My brother Jimmy decided that I should go on a date with the coach... it was all history from there!
